Steps to becoming a small group leader.
1) Need to have attended a small group at Awaken for at least 1 semester (season).
2) Watch our Small Group Video Modules and read through what it means to be a small group leader; how to lead small groups; how to deal with confrontation; and resources that are available to you.
3) Fill out Small Group Leader Interest form.
4) Attend Small Group Leader Trainings (Location: Awaken)
Times and Dates will be released at the beginning of each Small Group Launch Season
